I can’t stress enough how much what you eat effects you. I’m not here to convince you to eat one way or another, or argue which way is best. But I do recommend you cut out grains, sugar and processed food. After that, make your journey your own.
My journey led me to the Primal Blueprint, Paleo, Traditional Foods, and ancestral health, which I modify for Fructose Malabsorption. It’s worked the best for me, beyond all my expectations, and I don’t foresee going back to my old way of eating and living.
